To allow this, we see ourselves not as a “data provider”, but as a consultant that turns empirical survey data – and other information sources we have access to – into real solutions for our clients. Especially long-lasting client relationships profit from this approach, as experiences from former surveys (projects / co-operations) and knowledge about the client related category are essential for the quality of market research.
Our most important „asset“ are our employees. By means of internal and external expert training and long-lasting “hands-on”-experience, we try to guarantee best possible education. For research executives we additionally work with „Towards Marketing Knowledge“-programs. These trainings ensure that – besides essential research know-how – our researchers have a grounded marketing knowledge and share the “view of the client”.
B) Quality
An inevitable precondition for solution-oriented research and consulting are data of high validity and reliability. On this account we attach highest importance to quality assurance at all steps of a research project. Starting with a detailed, whenever possible face-to-face briefing session with the client, to make sure that business objectives and expected output are clear. For proposals, questionnaires, sampling, fieldwork and data analysis we have set up quality standards that each project must meet as a minimum requirement. Moreover, as an ESOMAR-member, we commit ourselves to the rules of the international market research association.

Speedy availability of data, analysis and consulting, and strict adherence to delivery dates are getting more and more important to our clients. Therefore with each endeavour we aim for high quality standards that are time efficient to meet client needs. Standardised processes and state-of-the-art technology support us in doing so.
